Q: How do I contact Training The Street for assistance?

Q: How do I change my personal information?

Once you have logged in to the website you can change any personal information by clicking on your email address link in the upper right corner of the site. Your personal information includes your password, name, shipping and billing addresses, and any of this can be changed at any time. Just fill in the new information and press “save” at the bottom of the screen. Please note, if you change the shipping address immediately after placing the order, please notify us at selfstudy@trainingthestreet.com.

Q: When does my access to the online content expire?

Access to the online content will expire six months after purchasing. You are free to keep the Excel models downloaded for personal use. If you wish to extend your access to the online content, then please purchase the online extension for 12 additional months of access.

Q: Can I download the online content?

You are free to keep the Excel models / Adobe files for personal use. You may not download the videos.

Ordering/Shipping

Q: Can I ship an order to an address different than my billing address?

Yes, during the checkout process you will have the ability to enter an alternate shipping address.

Q: How often are orders processed?

We typically fulfill orders twice a week (Tuesday & Friday). For example, if your order was placed on a Saturday, your order will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday. If your order was placed Tuesday evening it will be processed and shipped on Friday.

Q: How do I track my shipment?

Upon shipping, we will send you a tracking number to follow your package. It should arrive in 3-5 business days thereafter.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. When filling out the information on the Payment Info screen, please be sure to select your Shipping Country. This will ensure that the proper shipping charge is added to your total, and that we can route the package correctly.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. Please make sure that you are 100% confident in your purchase.

Q: Can I return the product after receipt?

We do not grant returns unless the book is damaged in transit. For returns on damaged books please contact us at selfstudy@trainingthestreet.com

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

Immediately once you place the order online.

No. All orders must be sent to a single address.

Q: Are there any discounts for quantity purchases?

Yes, there are quantity discounts for corporations, universities and organizations, however these discounts are not available on the website. If you are interested in a quantity purchase, please contact TTS directly at selfstudy@trainingthestreet.com

Technical

Q: Do I need passwords for the Excel files?

No. When you download the Excel files, we ask that you first choose 'Read Only' to access/review the information; a password won’t be necessary. Then, you may choose 'Save As' to save the information on your hard drive. Once it is saved on your hard drive, you can edit as you see fit. This is so there will always be an original copy that you can refer back to if something were to happen to the edited copy.

Q: I am having problems viewing the videos-on-demand.

The videos require the most recent Flash player installed on your browser. Your browser may prompt you to update, or you can download the newest version at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Q: How do I update the Flash player?

Adobe Flash Player version 10 is available for all major browsers on Windows and Macintosh computers. If you are having trouble installing the new version, first uninstall all previous versions and close all applications before running the installer, including all browser windows and messengers.
